Oysters are well-known janitors of the ocean, and their shells can build a cozy home for different organisms. 🌊 Inspired by the success of New York's "Billion Oyster Project," we planned to use millions of oysters along Hong Kong's coastline to clear up the city's waters and to nurture a more diverse ecosystem. 🦪
